Welcome to the Midshires Siamese Cat Association Website

The Association was founded in 1978 for exhibitors of Siamese cats in the Midlands. At this time, the only breed shows for Siamese cats, were in the south and north of the country.

The aims of the Association are to encourage interest in the welfare and breeding of Siamese cats and fair dealings and kind treatment of all cats. The Midshires became affiliated to the GCCF and held its first Exemption Show in 1981 at Leamington Spa. An annual Show has been held in Warkwickshire ever since.

Important News Alert Aug 25th

At the meeting of the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE dated 12 January 2011 under Item 6 headed SHOW MATTERS GENERAL there was a suggestion that ‘in future there should be one breed show per BAC and a set number of all breed shows defined throughout the year’. Comments would be welcome from members of MSCA and any other interested breeders and owners of Siamese cats.
